Iceland

These images were obtained during my two week stay in Iceland when attending a workshop on Tephra Studies. The workshop was followed by a 4-day excursion through some of Iceland's remotest places. Hardly being on "roads" for the 4-days. 4-wheel drive buses were the norm and when one broke down as one did. It had to be repaired as we travelled.
